Job summary

Barclays APAC Liquid Financing RTB leadership role overseeing the production environment, incident response, and platform stability. You will partner with business and technology teams across HK and globally to drive automation, efficiency, and resilience in mission‑critical financing platforms.

The role requires strong people leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver improvements in complex, high‑volume trading and financing systems in a dynamic APAC setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of RTB/Production Support teams in a high‑volume, financial services environment.
• Strong ability to manage senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Extensive incident and problem management experience with a focus on resilience and service excellence.
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux, databases, networking, and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Experience applying automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and platform supportability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the APAC Liquid Financing production environment, ensuring stability, availability and resilience.
• Mentor and develop regional RTB team; drive succession planning and knowledge sharing across HK, Pune and global teams.
• Act as primary technology partner to APAC Liquid Financing stakeholders; communicate during incidents and major events to senior management.
• Drive strategic enablement to maximise platform adoption, optimize workflows, and promote AI‑enabled automation across platforms.
• Identify and manage technology risks, support regulatory reviews, audits, and ensure compliance with firm policies.
