Job summary

Jaz Toys HK Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Director, IT Operations & Information Security for Asia to design, implement, and operate IT infrastructure, networks, and security across Hong Kong, Dongguan, Vietnam and other offices in Asia.

You will oversee MSP relationships, manage regional IT budgets, ensure compliance with global policies including data privacy and security standards, and act as escalation point for Asia-based leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and security with regional leadership.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing environments and data privacy rules.
• Strong vendor and budget management能力.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional infrastructure, network operations, and MSP governance across APAC.
• Oversee security program, patching, incident response, and data privacy compliance.
• Manage IT service desk, asset inventory, and cross-border data transfer needs.
• Partner with business leaders on ERP projects, network upgrades, and site expansions.
• Provide governance, reporting, and escalation for Asia leadership.
