Job summary

Richemont Hong Kong is seeking an executive to lead APAC Internal Controls, guiding regional IC teams to strengthen governance and risk management across Asia Pacific in the second line of defense.

You will translate Group directives into practical, consistent frameworks, embed COSO-aligned controls in processes and systems, and partner with Maisons and corporate functions to safeguard the luxury client experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large multinational companies with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent (CPA) with in-depth knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards.
• Experience in launching corporate-wide systems (e.g., SAP) and IT-based audits is a real plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate Group governance directives into practical, consistent frameworks across APAC markets.
• Lead, coordinate and animate the IC teams in APAC with a harmonized risk governance mechanism.
• Embed proportionate governance in new processes, systems, and initiatives while protecting business agility and customer experience.
• Ensure timely and high-quality IC reviews, boutique reviews, risk assessments, and compliance testing across markets.
• Support regional escalation procedures and remediation actions, interfacing with auditors and the Richemont Audit Committee.
