Responsibilities

• Input and register applications, expense claims and invoices in internal systems or forms.
• Check, organize, and file receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist with travel arrangements, including flight and hotel booking support and local transportation.
• Perform basic checks in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Verify consistency between submitted claims and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly closing and data aggregation related to expenses.
• Provide first-line support to coverage team members for administrative inquiries.
• Carry out general administrative tasks as instructed by the line manager.
