Job summary

Mondrian Alpha, partnering with a leading global Private Equity firm, is hiring a Financial Controller in its Hong Kong office to own a broad finance remit across APAC. You will oversee month-end close, financial and management reporting, statutory accounts, audits, budgeting, forecasting and cash management.

The role involves exposure to tax, treasury and regulatory matters, coordinating with external advisers.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountants with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Private Equity, Investment Management or Financial Services preferred.
• Big Four with FS experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close across APAC.
• Deliver financial and management reporting for multiple entities.
• Prepare statutory accounts and manage internal & external audits.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash management.
• Oversee tax, treasury and regulatory matters with external advisers.
• Drive process improvements and automation across the finance function.
