Hasbro Far East Limited seeks an Finance Director for APAC to lead strategic finance across commercial and regional domains. You will partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to drive profitability, pricing, and investment strategy, while overseeing planning, consolidation, and reporting for the region.

The role requires building a high-performing, multi-market team across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Australia, with a focus on disciplined cost control and growth.

Formación

• 10+ years in finance with a track record across commercial finance, FP&A and business partnering.
• Experience leading multi-market finance teams in a multi-country setting (APAC).
• Strong planning, forecasting, pricing, and customer P&L management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead APAC commercial finance, pricing, customer P&L decisions, and investment strategy.
• Own regional planning, A&P and overhead stewardship, and consolidated reporting.
• Manage a 11-person finance team across multiple markets and coach for succession.
