Job summary

Hasbro seeks a Finance Director – APAC to lead the senior finance function across the region, partnering with sales and marketing to drive profitability and strategic investments. You will own pricing, customer P&Ls, and regional consolidation, guiding A&P and overhead management with a focus on sustainable growth.

As a bold, energetic leader, you will coach a multi-market team across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Australia, delivering accurate forecasts and insightful management

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in Finance with experience across Commercial Finance, FP& A, and business partnering.
• Experience in CPG, retail, consumer tech, or fast-paced, brand-led industries.
• Clear success leading high-performing, multi-market finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, pricing, customer P&Ls, A&P/overhead management, and consolidation.
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the detail.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at Senior Leadership level.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Strategy & Decision Support across APAC markets and franchises.
• Own Investment Planning & Regional Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and regional reporting.
• Manage a multi-market finance team across 4 direct reports and 7-11 total members.
• Deliver dashboards and analytics; partner with BI to improve forecast accuracy.
• Ensure financial controls and policy compliance in partnership with Controllership.
