Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Search Partner to independently lead senior leadership searches across Asia Pacific, partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic hires across Investment Banking, Markets, Payments and Securities Services.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong execution, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in executive search are expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in executive search or related advisory roles.
Proven track record leading senior-level assignments independently.
Experience advising leaders on talent strategy and market dynamics.
Strong executive assessment and interview skills.
Excellent research and analytical capabilities with market intelligence.
Strong commercial acumen and credibility with senior executives.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience producing market maps and talent landscape analyses.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

Independently lead executive search assignments from strategy to offer, partnering with senior leaders across APAC.
Identify, engage and attract senior talent for IB, Markets, Payments and Securities Services.
Assess leadership capability, fit, and potential; guide hiring teams in evaluation and selection.
Provide market intelligence, talent mapping and strategic insights to hiring decisions.
Influence outcomes through objective assessment, commercial judgment and stakeholder alignment.
Build partnerships across business, recruiting, compensation, mobility and HR teams.
