We are recruiting for an Investment Operations Associate to oversee ETF and ICAV valuations and related middle-office functions in APAC, delivering high-quality support to Trading and Fund Management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Operations with NAV production or valuation oversight.
• Ability to analyse, challenge and resolve valuation queries independently.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement, custody, and post-trade operations in APAC/EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of ETF and ICAV fund valuations, reviewing NAV calculations, and providing sign-off or challenge to third-party administrators.
• Partner with Fund Management to investigate and resolve valuation queries across ETFs and pooled funds.
• Review post-trade transaction cost analysis against expected costs; understand fund flows and trading activity.
• Support the launch of new ETFs and listed share classes; coordinate operational readiness and process changes.
• Lead oversight of outsourced service providers across start-of-day, intraday and end-of-day trade lifecycle activities.
• Monitor APAC market activity, identify settlement risks and drive timely resolution to minimise risk.
• Manage subscription and redemption processing and client servicing for operational effectiveness.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and custody issues while communicating with Asia client servicing.
