Job summary

Moody's APAC Banking Team seeks an experienced Compliance & AML professional to drive regional regulatory programs and customer engagement. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Research to translate regulations into practical solutions and guide cross-functional teams in a dynamic risk landscape.

You’ll influence product development, support market campaigns, and mentor stakeholders while upholding Moody’s standards for responsible AI and ethics.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML, regulatory functions, or similar roles in banks or AFC/AML vendors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML, fraud prevention frameworks, with regional market trends.
• Proven customer-facing experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles, especially for compliance solutions and regulators’ expectations.
• Ability to work across teams, be proactive, detail-oriented, and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with APAC sales leadership, regional service team, and global strategy to define market strategy.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders’ requirements and priorities.
• Translate regional/regulatory themes into product requirements for future-proofing solutions.
• Lead and participate in regional marketing campaigns.
• Develop region-specific use cases and marketing collateral, including case studies.
• Lead deal qualifications, scoping, RFP/RFI context, and regional pipelines with Sales and relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management and Research to share feature updates and feedback for product evolution.
• Provide Sales enablement and training for product-focused pre-sale activities.
