Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate compliance and risk management in Asia Pacific.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance.
• Legal degree and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, operation and improvement of PVH's global compliance program in Asia Pacific.
• Advise senior management on anti-bribery, sanctions, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment.
• Oversee risk-based compliance processes, third-party due diligence and onboarding.
• Manage investigations, root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Develop and deliver practical risk-based training and communications.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate findings into program improvements.
• Oversee external support and budgets for compliance vendors and outside counsel.
