• Proven leadership across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• Strong background in beauty, prestige, luxury or premium consumer brands.
• Track record in retailer relationship management, negotiations and retail excellence.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L impact, budgets and commercial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the regional commercial strategy across offline retail, online and key distribution channels.
• Drive retailer partnerships, negotiations and space optimisation to maximise brand presence and productivity.
• Strengthen omni-channel execution and ensure consistent retail standards across markets.
• Partner with Brand, Country teams, Online, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver aligned commercial plans.
• Identify growth opportunities, improve door productivity and optimise channel performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional commercial team within a matrix organisation.
