Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking a Data & Analytics Change & Communication Lead to drive organizational transformation and accelerate adoption of analytics capabilities across DFI. This role will shape the narrative, elevate the visibility of the analytics function, and build a strong data-driven culture through strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and capability building initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in change management, communications, or analytics enablement.
Proven track record in designing and executing communication and training strategies for data, analytics or technical initiatives.
Strong expertise in change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) with hands-on experience applying them in complex transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies to drive adoption of analytics solutions.
Identify adoption barriers and implement targeted interventions (e.g. training, enablement, feedback loops).
Track and report adoption metrics and value realization, refining strategies based on user engagement.
