Job summary

Keeta is seeking a data-driven operations analyst to manage KPI systems for Hong Kong objectives and deliver actionable insights. You will conduct thematic research, collaborate with the operations team on subsidies and campaigns, and coordinate data product needs with product and engineering.

Proactive AI tool adoption is encouraged. You will analyze data, present findings clearly, and work with English as a working language, contributing to strategic decision-making and performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, data science, or business analysis in internet, consulting, or related industries.
• Strong logical and structured thinking; ability to present outputs clearly.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis; English working language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the KPI system for Hong Kong user-side objectives and build weekly/monthly monitoring dashboards.
• Perform thematic research via data analysis, user research, market studies, and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations on subsidies, campaigns, traffic, and other strategies through analysis, experiments, and evaluation.
• Coordinate data product needs (data extraction, dashboards, tag mining) with product/engineering; manage go-live risks.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve analysis, evaluation, and reporting; drive team adoption.

Job description

• Manage the KPI system around Hong Kong user-side business objectives, build and continuously iterate weekly and monthly operational monitoring and management systems to drive goal achievement;
• Conduct thematic research on key business challenges through data analysis, user research, market studies, and other methods, and deliver strategic recommendations;
• Collaborate with the operations team on daily user-side subsidies, campaigns, traffic, and other operational strategies through specialized analysis, experimental design, and performance evaluation, to facilitate the implementation and optimization of business strategies;
• Manage and coordinate various data product needs within the team — such as data extraction, dashboard development, and tag mining — collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement project plans, and manage go-live risks.
• Proactively leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or internal AI platforms) to support operational data analysis, experimental performance evaluation, and strategy report writing, improving analytical efficiency and decision-making speed, and be willing to drive team adoption of new tools.

Job Requirements:

• Background in operations, data science, or business analysis in internet, consulting, or related industries, with 3+ years of work experience;
• Strong logical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to present work outputs in an organized manner;
• Good communication skills, team collaboration mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to proactively solve various challenges;
• Highly self-motivated, open to challenges, and accountable for delivering quality results;
• Proficient in SQL and other data analysis tools; experience in data analysis, data visualization, or strategy product development is a plus;
• English can be used as a working language;
• Curious about AI technologies, able to proactively explore new tools and drive team adoption.
