Job summary

TimeStored is seeking a Software Engineer to join a globally distributed team developing Smart Order Routing and Internalization systems for electronic equities across APAC.

You will work on C++ development with occasional scripting in bash, perl, python, kdb, or java, in an agile environment with daily business communication and fast delivery cycles.

Minimum 3 years in C++ trading apps; knowledge of Linux and FIX Protocol; experience in electronic trading is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in C++ development of trading applications (any asset class)
• Desirable experience in Electronic Trading and experience in Smart Order Routers is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux environment (scripting, common toolset)
• Knowledge of the FIX Protocol.
• Strong background in C++ development. Python is a plus.

• Coding in C++, but willing to take occasional side projects in bash/perl/python/kdb/java depending on skills.

Job Description

The Engineer will join a globally distributed team developing Smart Order Routing and Internalization systems. These are automated trading systems designed to optimally place orders to venues across APAC. If you join the team, you will work on various development tasks depending on your skills and preferences.

Direct Responsibilities
