Job summary
TUV SUD Hong Kong is seeking passionate chemistry professionals to join our dynamic laboratory team. You will contribute to accurate analyses and uphold high quality standards in a collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities include sample preparation, operating instruments (ICP-OES, UV-VIS, GC-MS, HPLC-MS), data analysis, and supporting ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation efforts; on-site, full-time, with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma/ Degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
- Relevant working experience in chemical testing or chemistry related industry is an advantage.
- Good understanding in quality and safety requirements in chemical laboratories.
- Hand-on experiences in operating and maintaining instruments: ICP-OES, UV-VIS, GC-MS, HPLC-MS is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples by various digestion and extraction methods.
- Conduct chemical analysis according to standard operating procedures.
- Run analytical instruments (e.g., GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS, UV-VIS, ICP, AAS).
- Maintain instruments sustainability.
- Analyze data and issue results.
- Assist with ISO/IEC 17025 and related accreditation requirements.
