• Provide supports on Oracle Financials System, eProcurement System, ePayment integrations, Workflow applications, MS Dynamics CRM and other ERP systems.
• Provide technical support, daily operational support.
• Reporting tool: BI publisher.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain systems.
• Monitor the system healthiness and carry out performance tuning.
• Provide support during system design, development, setup, user acceptance test and deployment.
• Analyse and evaluate user requirements by coordinating with the user to define the problem, data availability, report requirement and system design problem.

• Bring in / Pick up new technologies and develop innovative approaches to solve encountered challenges.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 2+ years hands-on experience in system support or application development.
• Oracle Financials or other ERP system experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in BI publisher or other reporting tools.
• Experience in application development using:
• Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL.
• .NET, JavaScript (Angular / React SPA).
• K2 Five workflow, GitLab CI.
• RESTful API, DevOPs.
• Linux.
• Experience in PL/SQL query.
