Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited is seeking an Analyst Programmer/Programmer to join a government project in Hong Kong. You will lead the full SDLC to design, develop, and enhance applications, customize and extend third-party code, and implement rigorous testing across all stages.

The role requires 2+ years in application development, strong React/Spring Boot/Node.js skills, and experience with SQL databases and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in Cantonese/English/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in application development and deployment.
• Solid hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, Node.js.
• Experience in SQL database development (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL).
• Experience with report generation tools (JasperReports, Crystal Reports).
• CI/CD pipelines experience (GitHub Actions).
• Implement with OAuth2/OIDC authentication.
• Mobile application development experience preferred.
• Vendor project management experience advantageous.
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence, .NET, TypeScript, and Open Liberty.
