Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum one-year equity capital markets related experience.
• Proven track record in executing transactions.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken Mandarin and English; AI familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, equity placements and block trades, pre-IPO investments and other fundraising exercises.
• Perform internal approval procedures, industry and market research, comparable valuation analysis, shareholding analysis and preparation of presentations.
• Liaise with syndicates, sales, corporate clients and investors during deal execution.
• Actively involve in client pitches, market research and ideas generation for the team.
• Perform other job duties as assigned from times to time.
