AFSC provides secure and safe service for aviation fuel supply at Hong Kong International Airport and is seeking a capable administrator. Responsibilities include handling permits, renewals, procurement processing, stock checks and general admin support.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience, HK driving licence, and fluency in English and Chinese. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Hong Kong driving licence and 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience in logistics, procurement or airport operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle applications, renewals and record management for permits, passes and vehicle licences.
• Assist in procurement activities, including PO processing, supplier document follow-up and purchasing records.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktaking and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide general administrative support, including document handling, filing and record management.
• Support airside transportation operations, visitor escort/transport arrangements, delivery duties and vehicle maintenance follow-up.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
