Global Airfreight Export Coordinator

Job summary

Adecco Hong Kong is seeking a proactive logistics professional to support airfreight export operations from booking to delivery. You will work closely with customers, overseas offices and internal teams to ensure smooth shipments and timely information flow.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily airfreight exports, preparing shipment documents, maintaining data in the operating system, and delivering responsive service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in airfreight operations, freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or customer service within the logistics industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Office 365.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing as a team player.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily airfreight export shipments with customers, overseas offices, and business partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate operational processes and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused service to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Ensure shipment details and operational data are accurately maintained and updated in the operating system.
• Prepare shipment documentation, operational reports, and ad hoc reports as required.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, customer SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
