Job summary

Teleport seeks an Executive, Air Operations based in Hong Kong to coordinate daily cargo transport across Asia. You will work with Cargo Terminal Operators (CTOs) and ground handlers to maximize cargo movement efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries in a high-pressure environment.

You will fit perfectly in this role as a strong team player and natural leader, capable of guiding operations and maintaining strict process discipline in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Research customs requirements and attach the necessary documentations during the declaration process
• Ensure all documentation for outbound and inbound shipments (invoices, AWB, etc.) is complete accurately and timely
• Obtain and check documents to meet customs, insurance, packing specs, and country regulations
• Coordinate with CTOs on special arrangements for delicate cargoes (livestock, food, medical supplies)
• Monitor outbound/inbound traffic activities for load quality and accuracy
• Interact, liaise and manage relationships with CTOs and vendors to improve cargo retrieval and submission
• Proactively monitor all delivery movements from origin to destination across service types
• Ensure all shipments transition within SLA and that vendor handovers are accurate and smooth
• Monitor ULD movement and planning via SCM from CTO or GHA for all stations
• Handle inquiries and resolve operation-related issues (delays, damages, missing shipments)

Responsibilities

• Verify documents meet customs, insurance, packing, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with CTOs on special handling for delicate cargo and regulatory needs.
• Track and verify cargo movements to ensure load quality and timing.
• Build and maintain relationships with CTOs and Vendors for efficient handovers.
• Oversee movement of deliveries across service types and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate ULD movement planning with CTOs/GHA using SCM messages.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, damages, or missing items through prompt action.
