Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Tech Business (Project) Analyst to support AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, gathering requirements and shaping improvements across processes and systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions, participate in the planning and execution of AI, automation, and digital programs, and help roll out

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and MS 365.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Business (Project) Analyst to support the delivery of AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business analysis, project coordination, and technology expertise.

This role requires an individual who can effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, improve business processes, and support the successful implementation of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of AI, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, user stories, process flows, testing scripts, and training materials.
• Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and resolution activities.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project status updates.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience participating in AI, automation, data, or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of AI technologies, use cases, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.
• Exposure to Financial Services sector projects would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to candidates from all industry backgrounds; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
