Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Tech Business (Project) Analyst to support AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, gathering requirements and shaping improvements across processes and systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions, participate in the planning and execution of AI, automation, and digital programs, and help roll out

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and MS 365.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Support AI, automation, and digital transformation projects from planning to delivery.
Identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
Translate business needs into technical solutions with the tech teams.
Coordinate UAT, testing, and training materials.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
