Job summary

WildFaces.ai in Hong Kong seeks a technically skilled professional to provide AI and IoT client support, matching solutions to customer needs and delivering compelling proposals.

You will gain training on patented multi-sensory AI, build trusted relationships, and participate in partnerships and potential future advisory roles.

Qualifications

• University graduate with degree in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM or equivalent.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in local language is a must.
• Understanding of IT terminology, networking concepts, computing hardware and assembling.
• Understanding of IoT devices and other hardware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• At least 1 year of IT or AI experience in customer services, presales, post-sales or Technical Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support with on-the-job training on company's patented multi-sensory AI and become familiarized with the world’s most advanced AI solutions & industry use cases.
• Involve in matching company's AI to meet customers requirements.
• Involve in preparing and presenting relevant AI proposals for specific customers.
• Involve in constant customer follow-ups aiming to win opportunities.
• Involve in setting up strategic partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Graduate with relevant degree such as major in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) or equivalent
