Job summary

Integrated Corporation is seeking a Product Engineer to partner with product managers, designers, and engineers from discovery to delivery. This on-site, full-time role involves shaping product direction, defining requirements, and driving iterative improvements.

You will maintain roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and report on metrics, while conducting market research to spot opportunities and trends. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product, project, or operations within a tech or product-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex ideas clearly.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working with data using Excel, Notion, Jira or similar.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic environment.
• Basic working knowledge of AI tools and technologies including LLMs and AI assistants.
• Experience with user research or customer-facing roles is a plus.
