Job summary

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, and multimodal systems; lead end-to-end projects from data collection to production deployment; and collaborate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; PhD strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on AI or data science project delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Linux, Python, and Node.js; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, PaddlePaddle, and OpenCV.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions using NLP, CV, and multimodal models.
• Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle from data collection to production deployment.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and accuracy in Document AI and LVLMs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI into government and enterprise applications.
• Explore state-of-the-art research to solve unstructured data problems.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI/Data Science professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, hands‑on experience in deploying complex models, and the intellectual curiosity to push the boundaries of Document AI and Large Visual Language Models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions leveraging NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal models.

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and production deployment.

• Optimize algorithms for performance and accuracy, specifically within Document AI (OCR, information extraction, layout analysis) and Large Visual Language Models.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into government and enterprise‑grade applications.

• Explore and implement state‑of‑the‑art research to solve complex, unstructured data problems.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. PhD strongly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in AI or data science project delivery.

• Technical Stack (Must-Haves):

  • OS/Backend: Linux, Python, Node.js.

  • Frameworks/Libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, PaddlePaddle, OpenCV.

  • Data/Vector Search: ElasticSearch, Milvus

  • Frontend (Basic): React (for internal tooling/dashboards).

• Core Competencies: Exceptional problem‑solving skills, strong execution capability, and a relentless curiosity to explore new technologies.

Preferred Advantages (Nice to Haves):

• Domain Experience: Proven experience in Document AI (Form understanding, Table detection) and NLP Models (Transformers, LLMs).

• Visual AI: Experience with Large Visual Language Models (LVLMs) such as GLM‑V, Qwen‑VL, or Intern‑VL integration.

• Sector Exposure: Prior experience working on Government projects (security compliance, public sector data handling, or large‑scale infrastructure).
