Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a highly skilled AI/Data Science professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, hands-on experience deploying complex models, and the intellectual curiosity to push the boundaries of Document AI and Large Visual Language Models.

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, and multimodal systems; lead end-to-end projects from data collection to production deployment; and collaborate

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; PhD strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on AI or data science project delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Linux, Python, and Node.js; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, PaddlePaddle, and OpenCV.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions using NLP, CV, and multimodal models.
• Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle from data collection to production deployment.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and accuracy in Document AI and LVLMs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI into government and enterprise applications.
• Explore state-of-the-art research to solve unstructured data problems.
