Job summary

3TU Technologies Limited is seeking an AI Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of localized software for Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific. You will translate regional demands into standardized product requirements, roadmaps and solutions, coordinating with engineering, design and operations teams.

You should have a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in AI software or digital platform product management, with proficiency in English and Chinese to support the HK market.

Job description

Conduct research, sorting and analysis on localized demands for AI software products covering Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific regions. Combine regional industry characteristics, client usage habits and cross-border business scenarios to deliver standardized product requirement documents, product solutions and iterative roadmap plans.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of customized AI software development for regional clients. Collaborate with technical, R&D and operation teams, monitor development progress, control product quality, and ensure the successful delivery of customized projects.

Keep track of cutting-edge trends of AI products and LLM applications as well as regional competitor dynamics. Optimize product functions and user experience based on business expansion needs to drive localized product iteration and upgrading.

Cooperate with business and technical teams to collect client feedback, summarize localized product operation data, and continuously optimize product solutions to improve regional product adaptability and client satisfaction.

Support the commercial expansion of the Hong Kong headquarters, assist the localized launch and promotion of AI software products, and coordinate post-launch product operation and maintenance work.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Product Design or related majors.

1-3 years of working experience in AI software, LLM application or digital platform product management.

Familiar with the full workflow of AI software product development, with basic understanding of LLM and intelligent system product logic and technical principles.

Capable of accurately analyzing customized client demands and independently delivering professional product solutions.

Possess strong capabilities in demand analysis, solution design and project coordination.

Able to efficiently align with cross-functional teams and drive the implementation and delivery of customized projects.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, adaptable to Hong Kong workplace environment.

Meticulous, responsible and market-sensitive with excellent problem-solving skills.

Able to adapt to the fast-paced development of regional business expansion.
