M Moser Associates in Hong Kong is building a global AI Practice and seeking individuals to join a network of AI Practice Consultants who work with professionals to understand evolving AI capabilities and apply them to real projects. You will explore how AI can strengthen human creativity, collaboration, and professional judgment, shaping new workflows and value for clients across cities and continents.

A different kind of AI role

We are developing a global network of AI Practice Consultants who will work directly with M Moser professionals to help them:

• understand what rapidly evolving AI capabilities could mean for their work;
• identify creative and valuable applications of AI;
• develop new forms of human-AI professional practice;
• design and test AI-assisted workflows;
• create personal, team and project-level AI agents;
• evaluate the quality, limitations and risks of AI outputs;
• share successful discoveries and practical lessons across the company.

This role is not limited to experienced consultants, software engineers, AI researchers or architecture, engineering and construction professionals. No specific degree, professional background or number of years of experience is required.
