Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an E-Commerce Business Analyst to lead the evolution of online trading platforms in Hong Kong. You will leverage AI technologies and drive digital transformation within a regulated, international environment to elevate user experiences globally.

You will draft project scopes, manage vendors, ensure QA across mobile and web trading portals, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Commerce, or a highly related technical field.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for regional collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to design solutions to technical roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Creation: Draft comprehensive project scopes and user requirements by extracting stakeholder insights and market trends.
• Vendor & Budget Navigation: Liaise with external partners while ensuring delivery schedules and financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Lead end-to-end testing of mobile apps and browser trading portals before deployment.
• Technology Implementation: Explore and deploy AI, LLMs, and RPA to reduce manual bottlenecks.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Facilitate alignment meetings with regional teams to maintain project synergy.
• Executive Reporting: Provide data-backed progress updates to senior leadership.
• Digital Operations Support: Use analytics to guide wider e-business strategy and marketing initiatives.
