Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is assisting a leading Asian financial services firm in recruiting a Digital Business Analyst to bridge technology and business strategy across digital trading ecosystems. You will pilot strategic roadmaps for digital product lifecycles, oversee AI and automation deployments, and translate business needs into concrete technical plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, E-Commerce, or a closely allied technical discipline.
• Around 3 years of experience in IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce landscapes.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for regional communication.
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI assistants (Claude, Gemini, Copilot).
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the strategic roadmap for digital product lifecycles including platform rollouts, upgrades, patch management and optimisations.
• Evaluate and deploy generative AI technologies (LLMs, RPA, autonomous AI agents) to accelerate workflows.
• Translate business needs, regulatory requirements and market trends into actionable technical blueprints.
• Manage third-party software vendors, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
• Provide transparent status briefings to executive leadership.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) across web and mobile trading interfaces.
• Collaborate on data intelligence, market research and tech-driven marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree focused on Computer Science, E-Commerce, or a closely allied technical discipline.

• Around 3 years of continuous experience operating within IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce landscapes.

• Complete fluency (verbal and written) in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is absolutely required to facilitate seamless regional communication.

• Hands-on exposure to advanced generative AI assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini, or Copilot).

• Familiarity with modern data visualisation suites such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

• Prior experience orchestrating technology projects specifically within the banking, financial services, or wealth management sectors is highly desirable.

• Robust analytical capabilities, an eagle eye for detail, and a natural knack for untangling complex operational hurdles with practical solutions.
