Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is looking for a candidate to support system and product development relevant to its eCommerce operations. This role involves providing strategic objectives, formulating project plans, and conducting user testing on online platforms. Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields, along with 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce or IT.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic objectives and support requests on any system and product development including new product development, enhancement, bug fix, and regular maintenance. Leverage AI insights to identify opportunities for enhancing user experiences.
• Formulate user requirements and project plans by developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand user needs, the industry landscape, and regulatory requirements.
• Organize regional and local working group sessions and meetings with different internal departments and external vendors.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors and business partners on user requirements and monitor development progress in terms of timelines and budgeting.
• Conduct user testing on online trading platforms including web and mobile applications and other related systems.
• Report on the progress of projects to internal stakeholders and management.
• Support other operations under E-business including market intelligence, data analytics and other marketing-related operations.
• Explore the use of AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, AI Agents, and RPA) to automate and upgrade workflows, aiming to reduce manual work or enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/eCommerce or related discipline
• 3-5 years’ related work experience in eCommerce/IT/Marketing
• Candidates with experience in project management, especially in Banking / Finance Industry, is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, analytical and with strong and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience working with AI-powered tools (such as Copilot, Gemini, Claude or data analytics platforms like Tableau/Power BI with AI integration) is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Effectively using AI is preferred
