Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring an AI Platform Support Engineer / DevOps Engineer to join a leading financial services organization in Hong Kong. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI applications, and data platforms, collaborating with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.

You will provide L1/L2 support, investigate incidents, and assist with deployments, upgrades, and change management to maintain platform performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, AI, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of experience in Platform Support, Application Support, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or AI Platform environments.
• Strong production support and incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for AI applications, GenAI solutions, and data platforms
