IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking an AI Solutions & Innovation Specialist – Financial Technology to help identify and apply the latest AI tools and capabilities to improve business workflows and automation.

You will work with business users to understand processes, evaluate AI trends, and support adoption of AI solutions, including Generative AI and LLMs, across fintech projects.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology, AI, consulting, business analysis or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to business processes, workflow automation and productivity.
• Technical background with the ability to understand and work with code, APIs or technical concepts, but does not need to be a hardcore developer.
• Strong analytical, communication and consultative skills.
• Curious and passionate about AI, with a strong interest in keeping up with the latest AI trends and developments.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or technology companies is preferred.
