Qualifications

• 7+ years across AI, software engineering, solutions architecture, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions in commercial environments.
• Strong engineering with APIs, systems integration, workflow automation, and cloud tech.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG frameworks.
• Capable of strategic and execution work, from roadmap to deployment.
• Experience turning business processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Assess systems to identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agent-based solutions.
• Develop POCs and production-ready AI solutions with LLMs and RAG.
• Collaborate with investment, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to deliver solutions.
• Evaluate and manage AI vendors and platforms.
• Oversee integration of AI with existing processes.
• Drive AI adoption through training and change management.
• Establish governance and security for responsible AI deployment.
• Advise leadership on emerging AI tech and opportunities.
