One Advisors is seeking an senior AI Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-scale digital programs, aligning business heads across insurance and financial services with AI adoption. You will shape strategy, governance, and governance practices while coordinating security and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving environment.

The role requires deep experience in solution architecture, LLM pipelines, and multi-cloud infrastructure, with a focus on delivering production-ready AI solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation or technology consulting projects within Financial Services.
• Strong baseline knowledge of what GenAI and ML can (and cannot) realistically achieve in production.
• Exceptional executive communication skills; bilingual fluency (English and Cantonese/Mandarin) is highly preferred for regional stakeholder management.
• 7+ years in solution architecture, with a minimum of 2 years spent explicitly designing production-grade LLM or machine learning pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, microservice mesh, and enterprise security boundaries (e.g., private endpoints, IAM policies).
• Proven experience working alongside security and data governance officers in highly regulated environments.
• 5 years of strong backend software engineering experience with expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on portfolio demonstrating deployment of LLM-based systems, fine-tuning open-weight models (e.g., Llama, Qwen), or advanced vector-search optimizations.
• Strong alignment with Agile methodologies, Git workflows, and CI/CD automation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap: Partner with business heads to drive AI adoption across the enterprise.
• Financial & Project Governance: Define ROI frameworks, manage vendor SLAs, and budgeting.
• Change Management: Lead cross-functional squads to adopt AI-enabled workflows.
• Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance to ensure PDPO and IA guidelines.
• Target State Blueprinting: Design scalable multi-cloud AI infrastructure integrated with core systems.
• Enterprise Guardrails: Architect semantic caching, context-window compression, and routing layers.
• Data & Retrieval Architecture: Plan secure vector databases with hybrid-search and RAG patterns.
• Technical Evaluation: Establish automated assessment frameworks to monitor hallucination, bias, and data leakage.
