Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered products and platforms that support business decision-making and intelligent automation. You will work with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and product teams across multiple markets to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions from ideation to production.

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI applications into production environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise AI applications and services.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and orchestration layers supporting AI workflows.
• Design and optimize enterprise search, retrieval, and knowledge management capabilities.
• Support deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, and ongoing enhancement of AI applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and business units to deliver impactful AI solutions.
