Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with fintech, payments or financial systems preferred.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants or AI development agents.
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver software solutions.

Responsibilities

• AI-assisted software development using AI coding agents to improve productivity and quality.
• Develop fintech products including payments gateways, APIs and merchant integration.
• Write clean, secure and production-ready REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop tests; participate in functional, regression and security testing.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployments, Docker/Kubernetes and incident troubleshooting.
