The URA Urban Renewal Authority in Hong Kong is seeking a tech-savvy developer to support and enhance the Case Management System. You will focus on user access, workflow forms, and business rules, working with AI-assisted coding tools to build AI apps and automated workflows.

Responsibilities include system incident investigation, prototype development, and collaboration with business users to define requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in application development or systems support.
Fresh graduates with substantial internship or placement year will be considered.

Responsabilités

Support configuration, administration and enhancement of the Case Management System, incl. user access and workflow forms.
Investigate system incidents and coordinate resolutions with users, vendors and internal teams.
Develop, configure and maintain AI applications and automated workflows on approved platforms.
Build prototypes and production apps using AI-assisted coding tools with testing and documentation.
Design and maintain business apps/interfaces using JavaScript, Python, web APIs and databases.
Collaborate with business users to analyze processes and define functional requirements.
Formulate test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and provide end-user support.
Implement information security, data privacy, and change management compliance.
