Job summary

HKU SPACE invites applications for a Software Developer (Assistant Computer Officer II) in the Information Technology Services Unit. The appointee will develop, implement and support ERP systems, web applications and AI-enabled services to support academic and administrative operations.

The role requires a Higher Diploma/Associate Degree (or Bachelor's) in CS/IT with 1–3 years’ relevant experience, knowledge of Oracle databases, web development and APIs; strong English and Chinese communication

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS/IT with experience in software development or system implementation.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB).
• Familiarity with web development, APIs, and AI-related tools is advantageous.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities
