Crypto.com is seeking a Business & AI Process Automation Analyst to help turn business data and operations into faster, smarter decisions across Corporate Development, Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance. This hybrid role combines business analysis with AI-enabled workflows using Python, SQL, APIs, and low-code tools.

You will design end-to-end processes, monitor quality, and communicate insights with executive-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI, analytics, process automation, or operations analytics.
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, LLMs, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
• Strong business judgment linking analysis to priorities and outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented problem solving with prioritization under ambiguity.
• Based in Hong Kong and able to work across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Corporate Development, Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and asset offerings from assessment to live launch and maintenance.
• Oversee platform updates for asset events: migrations, swaps, upgrades, rebrands, deprecation.
• Act as the primary operational contact for external project teams, foundations, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate internally to support joint campaigns, user engagement, and ecosystem growth with external partners.
