Job summary

EdUHK invites applications for a Project Officer/Project Assistant in the Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology. The appointee will support the AI and Digital Competency Strategy, developing training resources, organising workshops, and promoting the initiatives to university students and academic and teaching staff.

They will liaise with internal and external parties, and draft reports and meeting documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, IT, Engineering or related.
• 2 years of post-qualification working experience, preferably in tertiary institutions.
• Experience and knowledge in AI are an advantage.
• English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) proficiency; good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training resources for AI and digital competency.
• Organise workshops and promote the initiatives to students and staff.
• Liaise with internal and external parties and draft reports and meeting documents.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the project supervisor(s).
