Job summary

NLS Executive Search is partnering with a fast-growing AI company to hire an AI Implementation Engineer in Hong Kong. You will deploy AI products into client environments, write production-grade code in Python/Go/TypeScript, and design data pipelines for massive datasets.

You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams, translate business needs into technical specs, and tackle complex distributed systems in high-stakes production environments. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/Math or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Typescript or React.
• Experience deploying ML/LLMs in production and working with MLOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and integrate AI platform into enterprise infrastructures.
• Ship production-grade code in Python, Go, and Typescript.
• Design scalable data pipelines for large datasets and ML models.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into specs.
• Work with Product and Core Engineering to feed client feedback into roadmap.
• Debug distributed systems and optimize performance in production.
