Job summary

Argyll Scott is partnering with a leading global life insurer in Hong Kong for a 12-month contract to bridge technical AI teams and business units across five Asian markets. You will focus on adoption, capability building and change across the regional AI transformation.

You will design and deliver capability programs, translate complex AI solutions into clear business guidance and engage stakeholders across markets and functions to drive measurable adoption.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in change management, Agile, project management or capability development.
• Must have in-house delivery experience.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic AI literacy and interest in applying tech to business problems.
• Analytical, adaptable and comfortable working across diverse markets.
• Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.
