Job summary

Infosys in Hong Kong is seeking a senior AI architect and engineering leader to shape and deliver enterprise AI solutions for clients across industries. The role focuses on architecture design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge GenAI, NLP, and multimodal technologies.

You will drive technical leadership across projects, mentor teams, and explore scalable AI architectures, data strategies, and cloud-native deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/Eng/IS or related field.
• Experience designing AI architectures and enterprise integration.
• 15+ years in IT with leadership in AI.
• 5+ years in AI architecture/engineering.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Address business problems for our clients using AI technologies.
• Work out solutions for our clients on,
• Research and work out AI solutions to address business and technology problems.
• Design integration architecture of AI solutions with enterprises’ own applications.
• Data labeling, data mining, data cleansing, labeling, vectorization, prompt engineering, integration, and customization.
• Lead through AI architecture and application development, propose solutions for RFP response, , and participate in implementation.
• Take the technical leadership role in various projects or job assignments:
• Lead to research the conversion of cutting‑edge GenAI, multimodal, NLP, and narrow AI technologies into applications and optimize algorithms.
• Explore data and build multimodal interest engines.
• Explore state‑of‑the‑art multimodal generation technologies worldwide to build scenarios, virtual humans, and virtual worlds.

Job Requirements

• Background in computer science, AI, or related fields.
• Possess architecture design and implementation experience and product development thinking.
• 10 years’ experience and in-depth understanding of AI technology, passion for exploring cutting‑edge technologies, and international perspective.
• Solid experience and knowledge on enterprise application development and integration, Data modeling, as well as the infrastructure level: clouds, micro‑services, dockers etc.
• Solid programming foundation, proficient in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, etc.
• Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving support related issues.
• Implement machine learning systems.
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements.
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
• Run machine learning tests and experiments.
• Perform statistical analysis and fine‑tuning using test results.
• Understand human‑computer interaction experiences and continuously optimize performance to reduce latency.
• Train and retrain systems when necessary.Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks.

Qualification

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field is required.
• Demonstrate experience in complicate working environment, gain trust from clients and team members.
• Minimum 15 years in information technology areas as technical roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in AI application architecture and engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in at least three of the following: Langchain, Colab or Jypter Notebook, ChatGPT, Llama, Stability Fusion, Pinecone etc.
• Python Data processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc
• AIML Subfields such as Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Speech Processing, Natural Language Processing
• AIML Tools such as AzureML, Google ML, AWS AI/ML, H2O, DataBricks, DataRobots and any other tools
• Familiar with Python/C++/Java/Scala or other related technologies, familiar with mainstream DBMS, common cloud‑native services, and distributed architecture.
• Experience interacting with project teams to articulate requirements and processes while collaborating on architecture design options, implementation, testing and user acceptance.
• Experience in DevOps processes.
• Fluent in business English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
