Job summary

Infosys in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned professional for a PMO/Business Analysis role to support project governance and delivery. The position requires coordinating with local and global teams, managing documentation, and tracking incidents and changes in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication in English with Cantonese/Mandarin desirability, and an on-site presence in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or business analysis, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, governance, change management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed, communicated, and adhered to.
• Create and maintain support documentation.
• Interact with local and global support groups across multiple platforms.
• Record and manage all incidents and requests in the ticket-tracking system.
• Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and delays.
• Take initiative to stay current on technology and participate in training programs.
• Be responsive to multiple communication platforms such as Email, Teams, Skype, Symphony, Jive.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by, communicated, and adhered to.

• Be proactively responsive to multiple mediums of communication platforms such as E-mail, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Symphony, Jive, etc.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools(e.g., Jira, Confluence or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.
• Technical grasp of a wide range of applications both in house and 3rd party applications.
