Job summary

LLOYD KARSON International in Hong Kong is seeking an Agency Training Assistant Manager to design, deliver, and continually enhance training for B2B2C insurance agents, equipping them with regulatory competencies to drive performance. You will lead curricula, host weekly sessions, update materials, provide admin support, and develop digital learning content, contributing to the growth of the sales force.

Candidates should hold a university degree and have at least four years of agency training

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant agency training experience, including IIQE and New Agent Training.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

• Design and deliver comprehensive training curricula for new and experienced agents to support business goals.
• Host weekly sharing sessions and respond to agent inquiries in a timely manner.
• Update training content and methodologies regularly to maintain high training standards across sales channels.

• Assist the team lead in developing digital learning materials (such as e-learning and video content) and managing training projects.
