What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate networks and improve the performance of existing affiliates.
• Focus on expanding influencer resources in local markets to bring trading users and revenue to the platform.
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates.
• Optimize business development strategy and plan actions to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze user habits and behavior to judge trends in business development.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
