Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking an Assistant Accountant / Accounting Officer to join our finance team in Hong Kong. The role covers the full set of accounts, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.

You will manage AR/AP, vouchers, cheques, and cash flow, while maintaining filing systems and coordinating with auditors and bankers. The ideal candidate has a accounting background, 1 year of relevant experience preferred, and strong English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication

Qualifications

• Tertiary education or above in Accounting or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; 1 year relevant experience in consolidation and financial accounting preferable.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office and bilingual word processing.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing.
• Assist in financial management reports and analysis.
• Responsible for AR/AP, voucher and cheque preparation, cashflow management, bank reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain the filing system.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and vendors.
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties assigned by Manager.
